BFBAE what is this where to find?

Hello all,
serching component to my ZBT WE826-T2 Meditek MT7620 based 4G router. Marking BFBAE pakage SOT23-6.
I think it's Step-Down Converter burned after lightning storm. There is 3pcs of this component on the circuit board and one is burned all other functions worked, but not the 4G modem.
If someone can help where to find this or equivalent I would be very grateful.

I can't find any reference to those markings. Can you try to trace the pinout to other components?
Looking at a few datasheets, the six pin versions appear to have a pretty standardised layout.

Try comparing the connections to ground, the feedback divider etc. to the examples in these data sheets?

Typical application in datasheet shows same components in same layer as on my circuit board, not available in Finland and Mouser delivery price was 20€ so I buy from China Aliexpress 10pcs 0.85€ + postage 1.26€ . Now waiting for parts few weeks.
