BOB Design

looking to build a breakout box to interface between three boxes. the bob will be hooked up between box 1 and 2 with capability to take measurements (current and voltage) between the two. the low level signals from bob 1 will be sent to box 3 essentially directly. 3 power signals will be monitored between boxs 1 and 2 that are 28vdc. need to have visual representation of this on 3 led's. need help writing this schematic. total signal count is 10. i would like to keep it simple yet effective. help is greatly appreciated.
