Dawn To Dusk Photocell

Does anyone know where I can purchase a Dawn to Dusk Photocell? I cannot use a Dusk to Dawn. What I need is power supplied during daylight and power removed at night. This will be used for several design projects in work; turning on pond fountain during the day and off at night, opening a chicken coop door during the day and closing at night and other similar projects.

Use one of the common ones to pull-in a small relay, and use that to invert the function.
