Denon receiver is fried

shouldn't be a problem... Denon has a pretty standard design for their amp circuit that hasn't changed much in 5 or more years. besides, to remain factory authorized, techs have to re-certify every year, which means going through a Denon training class.

Channel gone bad, parts replaced but...

Hi,
I replaced 2 power transistors + bias transistor + emitter resistors + base resistors
Bias voltage not showing on emitter resistors.
Amp powers on fine (not in protect mode anymore) but sound heavily distorted (cracks) except at very very low volume.
Other parts look fine
I dont have '2 zeners and 2 normal diodes' on this one. And schematics dont either.
Preamp board looks ok (quick check of transistors was ok)
Any hint ?
Cheers,
Benoit
