Use MPLab from Microchip **broken link removed**
Assembler language.

You can also find code examples on Microchip's site.

i am a student and i am working on PICs. Now i use Pic simulator IDE for Basic complier. I want to use Proton or MicroBasic freeware additions. So can u help me about this??

arcom: Nice find. Not sure what the demo mode prevents me from doing. The BASIC to ASM it great. To bad they did not comment the lines of basic in the ASM as well. For debug purpose that would be neat.

Well I have not look at it other than to load the example. But it it does the 628a I will be using it tonight.. Good find. Thanks.
