I would say that those images are reversed.
Look at the writing on the side of the bus, and the word "NAG" above the windscreen.

Also, how come his white shirt only has a minimum of red(ish) dust on it?
Methinks the guy may be "over egging the pudding" to enhance an insurance claim.
