Spot on Jim. It is to resolve a right hand left hand traffic situation.

I'm not even close to Texas. I have the whole state of New Mexico as a buffer between me and its egos...

It took me a week to do the annual airworthiness inspection on the '182 this year (just finishing up), leaving not much time for the forum...
