Fusion stereo active is shorting when connect the charger

Fusion stereo active is shorting when connect the charger. I checked the pcb and I noticed a broken component which I'm not sure what it is. I need your help troubleshooting ask me what information you need. And please tell me what this component does. Thanks in advance.

Can't tell that anything is broke by the picture. What is supposed to be broke, maybe another picture...?
