Why would I report you to the moderator? That would be a weasel thing to do since we simply disagree. You're not spamming or anything like that so I have no reason to try to suppress what you're saying. I'm simply saying that I don't agree with you, which is far different from me saying that I don't think you should be allowed to say it.

Since rep points mean absolutely nothing...please do...I would greatly appreciate it, as it would prove my point...you dont like this specific little argument with me, so you can kill my reputation if you so wish....proving reputation has nothing to do with usefulness or skill level in electronics, which after all, is what this forum is all about....which should be electronics

Um. . .nobody ever said the rep system had anything to do with electronic skill. People who like the board to work smoothly either A) ignore it, or B) use it correctly, in which case the rep system has more to do with someone's *reputation* on the board than their electronic skill.

That's why it's called 'reputation', not 'electronic skill score'. I would have hoped that would be obvious. Sheesh.

Killing off my reputation hereeffects me in no way, shape, or form, so threatening me with doing it is just plain laughable. If you wish to control people by giving them capricous labels like "good" or "Bad"...or "knowledgeble", then the system should be at least little bit accurate.

P.S Im not here to have my ego stroked..I really dont care what you , or anyone else here thinks of me, or if you, or anyone else here respects me or my opinion or not. Im not here to "prove" anything to anyone about myself, and I certainly dont require a made-up system to prove to thers who do not know me, my percieved usefulness.
