low power SCR?

Yah, i've already tried using transistors for this. It works fine but I've found an SCR with a low holding current of 0.5mA which is perfect for my circuit. I used this to save some space on the PCB and maybe some other parts(resistor & capacitor).

The SCR I used is 2n5061. It's unfortunate though that there are no SMD/SMT equivalent for this part.
