MOSFETs have a temperature derating for their maximum source-drain voltages. Do they also have a temperature derating for their maximum gate voltages? I have never seen such a thing but intuition says they probably do?

I don't know. I don't see why they would since it's just a thin piece of silicone dioxide (glass) acting as an insultator and given glass' high melting point and temperature stability I can't see a temperature change of 100°C or so make much difference to its insulating properties.
