mobile charger circuit

need a mobile charger circuit from a 12v dc source of battery.

For nokia mobiles or universal outputs of charging mobiles if possible.
 
Several cellphone retailers should have suitable chargers for your application. Designing one from scratch could ruin your phone and void your warranty.
