MOSFET parallel calculation

Inverter, been there, done that. How much power do you really need???????? It is not hard to build a 150 watt inverter but 1500 watts is a nightmare with a bunch of parts in parallel. It is easier to build 10 separate 150 watt inverters and use each inverter to power things up to 150 watts.

You don't need to go over kill on a transformer. Most transformers can handle 2.5 to 3 times the rating. A 1000 watt transformer can handle 1000 watts all the time none stop and peaks to 3000 watts for short periods. I have a small 600 watt refrigerator that pulls 2000 watts to start but runs good on 600 watts. Motors will all pull several times there rating to start then idle with no load about 10% maximum rating.

Get an amp clamp test every thing you want to run on the inverter.
