I want to ask one thing more as i have uploaded the .brd but when i open(in Allegro PCB editor) it i always have to place component due to which all aligment is changed , but how to open it ass the aliment was saved before...?

simply click manufacture - artwork, check both bottom and top, click create artwork. You will get two files, BOTTOM.art and TOP.art
The board is not yet routed, so there will be a warning about drc.

I have done this now what to do further??

I have no idea what you mean, the board you posted had all components already placed.

Nothing, you should have the two files in the same directory as the board.

OK, When i open it in allegro PCB editor i have to place component manually, how you are opening it without placing manually???

OK, then next step for making Gerber file?

Which component?

I was talking about that .brd file i posted i have to place component manually all the time why not automatically??

The two files ARE the Gerber files.
But where are the other file like drill information, solderer, to, bottom, etc are these file to be send to manufacture??

Hi,

I am back to Orcad 16.5 after exam.....
I am reading this tutorial he is doing some calculation for pads
commands below.

x -0.95 -1.1
x 0.95 -1.1
x 0 1.1

but i want to do for through hole package here is data sheet of please tell how to do?
**broken link removed**

Those three are three locations of the three pads.
You place the two pads the same way, just with different padstack.

At whatever location the datasheet tells you the pins are. And use a padstack that suits the size of the pins.

That is confusing ihave post the parameter in above post ...

usually there is some note that the dimensions are in inch(mm) so 0.025(0.63) means 0.025" and 0.63mm
Also note that 0.025"=0.63mm, who would have guessed that..

OK, i am using measure tool to know pad stack size..
it is showing this
CONNECT PIN @ (525.1450 322.5800)

Minimum Line Width: 0.127 MM
Minimum Neck Width: 0.127 MM

I dont have the program here, but I guess you need to show the drill layer in the color192 toolbar.
