please help me for moving text project

i want to use pic16f628 and 5x7 dotmatrix led and i want to design moving text project , please help me design... and programing

Check my tutorials, there's enough there to do what you want with a little modification - it's currently 8x8 though using a 16F876, but trival to reduce to 5x7 and use a 16F628.

You might consider the recent EPE magazine project which does EXACTLY what you're wanting?.
