Posting images

The nice thing about images that are on the electrotech server is that they will be there when all the personal pages no longer exist. One of my pet hates is posters who answer questions by referring them to their personal site. Some of these sites may (and will) disappear in the near future and the post will be meaningless. Let's try and make posts on ET not reliant on other sites.
