The battery is connected instead of a microphone. Use the signal generator at the input and put the battery at the very top line of the schematic.

You have two batteries in parallel. Only one of them should be there.
Also there is a box that I don't know what it is.

That box is the function generator. I removed the 12VDC supply from the top left

I have never seen your sim program before so I don't know what the connections are for nor how to adjust it.
