Small IR dectector Circuit

Hi
Can anyone help me I'm looking for a small infered detection circuit for use on a model railway. Ideally it will operate on 12vdc ,and sit between the track and be able to give a +12vdc output when a train passes over the dector.

this guy has some too..

This module operates on 5 volts. I don't know of any that operate on 12 volts.
