Switching cob leds

PIC is a Microchip Microprocessor. Probably used in sensor.

I suspect the PIR module is a HC-SR501. I have ttached the data sheet for this module and the data sheet for the chip that it uses. I think the maximum output current is about 3 mA. It has a 1K resistor between the output pin on the chip and the output pin on the module.
