If you use bands 1 and 3 for TV in India, your FM radio (which receives band 2) may well pickup sound carriers from nearby TV stations. One reason is due to the IF in the radio, where the front end of the radio isn't very good, and it receives signals from the opposite side of the radio local oscillator. Another reason, again due to a poor radio, is a strong signal overloading the front end of the radio.
I wouldn't expect a mobile phone to have anything like a decent radio in it!.
