Voltage reduction idea help

Hi All,

In addition to Triac control, Is there any other simple method to reduce the 220V/50Hz to 180V AC for a bypass high speed motor( 22000 RPM) with out disturbing the wave form.. Bcoz triac device will spoil the motor life.
