Anyone have access to a Melexis PTC-04 programmer

I'm looking for anyone who owns or has access to a Melexis PTC-04 programmer who might want to earn a little easy money.

Or possibly to buy one second hand.

I need to read two MLX-90251 programmable hall effect devices ... and then program perhaps 10 of each.

In Australia would be handy ... but o/seas would be fine too.
