Down at the bottom of the Video in Youtube is a Share button; it will give you a special URL that you use to copy and past in the add with Media button in the reply to post box by the smiles.

I love it how the big Penguin steps on and then over the rope...turns around....and acts like a Boss.

The others don't quite get it

The thing with the penguins and the rope is reminiscent of the scene in the film Crocodile Dundee, where Mick is trying to negotiate the escalator at the airport in New York and takes a minute to get it all worked out.
