Didn't understand.

In electrical field installations the electrician will drive a 8 foot copper rod into the ground (soil, earth, etc) to which a grounding wire is attached. Usually near the main electrical panel.

Looks like somebody is joking about ground and using a cup of flower pot soil in a glass.

I appreciate that, personal space. Although it does seem excessive in some instances.
