Looks like toilet paper theft is a big problem.

<Mod edit: Changed image to thumbnail>

I worked at a car dealer where the power tripping parts manager kept the toilet paper locked up. He would only issue a new roll when we gave him an empty one. I asked him if that made him feel important.

thieves have to unroll the whole stuff to bring it home
I have never found a place that sales "single ply, recycled, rough" paper. But there are too many stores that use it in the restrooms. You know the paper is bad when the workers bring roles from home and hide it in their desks.

Ron, Ron! You mean "rolls". Roles are the other things you have.
Clyde - what did you do if you ran out half way through usage? Nnnggggg...

That argument came up a few times but his power trip was more important than logic.

He also depleted the best parts department I ever saw, to the point that we had to order all but the fastest moving parts.
I have heard that people on a power trip will do things and make rules that even they know are ridiculous, just to watch people squirm when they have to follow the new rules.

Some friends were in a shark tournament in Montauk N.Y.

They caught a Mako but I don't know if they caught this one.
