Hard drive type identification

Hello, here's a nooby one for you.

Can anyone tell me what type of hard drive this is? I've never seen it. Might just be because I've never seen a laptop hard drive before.

2.5 inch HDD with IDE connection.
You can get adaptors from the mini IDE to the standard 3.5 inch IDE drives.

Pete,

I think that the connector is removable. The hard drive itself has pins, and a connector is put on to make it slot in to the laptop without risk of bending the pins.

I had a Dell laptop like that.
