high-freq PWM signal generation

i am using IR2111 mosfet driver for a PWM in a switch mode power supply design..
the problem is, i need high frequency op-amp/comparator/opto-isolator to interface microcontroller to IR2111 since IR2111 needs 12v as high and 0v as low signal while controller can only generate 5-0..
is it possible to use lm311 (comparator) at PWM frequency above 200kHz..
any other suggestions..
