Level Shifter using 74LVXC3245

Hi All,
Anybody used the 74LVXC3245 for level shifter. Is there any circuit is required or can we connect directly?
I want to use this with my bluetooth module which is 3.3v in/out and arduino which 5v in/out

Please read the datasheet for the chip you've selected. It will explain how it needs to be used.

Found these datasheet and app notes....i don't understand the 1st powerup and 2nd powerup. Actually i need a level shifter and i got this chip from market saying it will do the same which i want. so i bought and i was searching in the net to how to use. i didn't find anything. so i posted here.

Is anybody used this chip and any circuits for this.....?
