Guys, i want to learn pic programming.... But i haven't any basic idea about this..... i want to learn about this from the beginning...... So any video tutorials or e books or anything plz..... And i heard PIC 16f84 is a good start for pic programming. So made a PIC programmer for pic 16f84.... Onwards i need a help.......

You heard wrong - the 16F84 was a good choice well over ten years ago - when it was replaced by the 16F628. You shouldn't be considering the 16F84, it's lower spec and more expensiove than it's replacements.

The whole 16F series is pretty much obsolete. Look at the 18F you generally get more for your money. Also program in a HHL. C is free from microchip.
