signal conditiioning using single chip. plzz help

Signal conditioning of what? LVDT, voltage, current, temperature? You'll soon find out that the answer is no. Some ways of measureing temperature are RTD, thermister, thermocouple, diode and IR and the temperature could range from nearly 0K on up. One device won't cut it. Then there is the output form such as: Modbus, Devicenet, digital, analog, USB, GPIB, SPI, I^2C etc. Conditioning has two parts: input and output

I just picked a simple physical quantity.
